Looking for summer childcare that’s both engaging and flexible? Consider our Summer Enrichment Program—where learning meets adventure!

Our program runs from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with extended hours available until 5:30 p.m. for an additional fee—perfect for busy families. Even better, you can choose the weeks your student attends, making it easy to work around your summer plans.

Students will dive into an exciting 10-week Environmental Science theme, exploring Earth’s systems through hands-on experiments, green solution challenges, and weekly trips to nature preserves and local science centers. Each week is filled with interactive projects, team-building activities, and creative outdoor fun that brings learning to life.

Summer Enrichment Program

Each year we have Summer Enrichment Program typically spanning 10-12 weeks. Last summer we focused on Biology. We aim to ignite our students' passion for science and discovery through a variety of engaging activities, including experiments, nature expeditions, and much more!

Annual Trip | Day at the Capitol

Umbrella Learning Academy students actively participate with Escambia County 4-H. Our students participate in 4-H activities every Friday during club and elective times!

Every student participates in activities with their age group on a regular basis with activities in STEM, Agriculture, Life Skills, and more! At the beginning of school, we elect officers to run our once a month club meetings. In September and October, we create booths for the Pensacola Interstate Fair. Last year, 23-24, we had four booths and each did very well. We earned $780 our club to help with fees for 4-H Day at the Capitol. During November, we use our 4-H time to prepare for our International Day. Each year, in the spring, our students have the opportunity to travel to Tallahassee for a "Day at the Capitol". Our students can explore the capitol buildings| museums and learn about our state government. Each family must register every year.
