Umbrella Learning Academy students actively participate with Escambia County 4-H. Our students participate in 4-H activities every Friday during club and elective times! Every student participates in activities with their age group on a regular basis with activities in STEM, Agriculture, Life Skills, and more! At the beginning of school, we elect officers to run our once a month club meetings. In September and October, we create booths for the Pensacola Interstate Fair. Last year, 23-24, we had four booths and each did very well. We earned $780 our club to help with fees for 4-H Day at the Capitol. During November, we use our 4-H time to prepare for our International Day. Each year, in the spring, our students have the opportunity to travel to Tallahassee for a "Day at the Capitol. Our students can explore the capitol buildings| museums and learn about our state government. Each family must reregister every year.
