All employees must hold a Level 2 (Local, State and Federal) clearance, participate in immediate and ongoing training, as well as follow Professional Ethics guidelines beyond the requirements of the State of Florida. 

Teachers must hold at least a Bachelor's degree, or other qualifying experience, preferably in the field they will be instructing. A Teacher Assistant must hold at least an Associates Degree, or other qualifying experience. Elective Teachers may hold a combination of education and personal experience in the field they will be instructing.
